He is survived by: his wife Vicky Sulcer Prator; his son Robert Charles Prator, Jr. (Tracy); his grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth Prator and Samuel Charles Prator; and his sister Melinda Prator Warmack (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
