He was predeceased by: his parents, James Westbrooks and Evelyn Westbrooks (Hughes). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Jane Westbrooks; his wife Linda Westbrooks; his daughters, Stephanie Westbrooks and April Westbrooks; his siblings, Jim Westbrooks, Rick (Joan Westbrooks), John (Ruth Westbrooks), Steve (Cheri Westbrooks), Carol (Mitch Willis) and Debbie Mosher; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda, Tommy McDaniel, Vicky and Dennis Eckman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
