Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rusty leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Duncan and Russell; his brother Timmy Duncan; and his son Elijah Duncan. He is survived by: his sons, Dusty, Tate and Luke. He is also survived by Four grandchildren along with many cousins, aunt's, uncles, nieces and nephews.
