He is survived by: his wife Dawn Barrett (Smallwood); his parents, Sylvia Barrett (Tullis) and Donald Ray Barrett; his sister Amanda Barrett (Herbert Bailey); his children, Bryce, Megan Webb, Wesley Webb, Jaxon Barrett, Carson Barrett, Abigail Barrett and Peyton Barrett; and his nephew Timothy Barrett. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 7 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in memory of Tony to Abbey Hospice, 215 Azalea Court, Social Circle, GA 30025 for the loving care given to Tony.
