He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Wayne Whittaker. He is survived by: his wife Janice Whittaker of Dacula, GA; his daughter Kate Whittaker of Murfreesboro, TN; his mother Rosana Whittaker of Hoschton, GA; his brother Shawn; and his sister-in-law Janet Whittaker of Flowery Branch, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
