He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Pettit and Kathleen Carr Pettit; and his son Simon Pettit. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pettit; his children, Matthew Pettit (Jodi), Heather Zelisko (Paul), Jennifer Reaves (Garrett) and Luke Pettit (Shae); and his grandchildren, Georgia, Stephan, Natalie, Robert, Grace, Terri, Daniel, Step-Papa, Gena, Eli and Garrison.
