She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman F. Smith and Ouida Averett Smith. She is survived by: her son Keith Wooldridge (Melissa); her husband William Swick of West Point; her brothers, Jerry Smith (Kathy) and Flem Smith (Judy); her grandchildren, Logan Knight (Dakota) of Leesburg, Kursten Massey of Leesburg, Brendan Nash of Leesburg, Garrett Nash of Leesburg and Zachary Nash of Leesburg; and her great grandchild Dakota Gray Knight.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home & Crematory (375 US-19, Leesburg, GA 31763). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
