He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Rastus Barlow and Willie Bell Meyers-Barlow; his former life partner Shirley; and his stepson David Gay. He is survived by : his children, Ronald Wayne Barlow, Donnie Roy Barlow (Jennifer Barlow), Richard Allen Barlow (Kelley Barlow) and Tammy Renee Barlow (Larry Cannon); his wife Bernice "Cat" Barlow; and his daughters, Georgia and Joyce Ann (Wayne Hawthorne). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
