He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Allen and Nellie Coleman Allen; his wife Sally Allen; his daughters, Sylvia Wilkerson and Jeanine Dubose; his brothers, Dewayne and Terry Allen; and his son-in-law Jerry Holmes.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Ray Allen, Jr. of Leesburg, Melissa Carroll (Samuel), Tammy Holmes and Carla Rey (Brett); and his brother Royce Allen (Sue). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
