He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Loyd, Carolyn Moore, Bruce and Jo Ann Rutland. He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Moore and Tonita Moore of Lenox; his wife Lyndsay Wade Moore of Lenox; his children, Canton Moore and Atalee Moore; his parents-in-law, Johnny and Cindy Wade of Lenox; and his siblings, Whitney Tomlinson (Brett), Emily Sumner (Tyler), Buck Moore (Mikelyn) and Missy Griffin (Buddy) of Lenox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
