She is survived by: her husband William Herman "Billy" Godwin, Jr. of Lenox; her son Brad; her daughter-in-law Lisa Godwin of Memphis, Tennessee; her daughter Rachel; her son-in-law Bud Watson of Valdosta, Georgia; her grandchildren, John Mark of Memphis, Luke of Memphis, Lana Godwin of Memphis, Kate of Valdosta and Will Watson of Valdosta; and her sisters, Alice Darley of Macon and Faye Richards of Gainesville, Georgia..
