He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bruce Perry and Gladys Oliver Perry. He is survived by: his wife Annice "Anne" Barnes Graves; his children, Andrea Perry Powell (Mike) and Mac Perry Jr. (Barbara); his grandchildren, Olivia Perry and Will Perry; his sister Gloria Perry Pollock; and his stepgrandchildren, Mary Frances Powell (Winston), Elizabeth Williams (Barnett) and Charlie Powell (Tatum).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leslie City Cemetery (101 S Bass St, Leslie, GA 31764).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Phoebe Hospice at 126 US-280 West Americus, GA 31719.
