He is survived by : his wife Debbie Pitts Carter; his sons, Jordan Carter and Justin Carter (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Makayla Raven Carter, Jake O'Neil Carter and Elizabeth Blossom Randolph; his mother Edna Looney Thompson; and his brothers, Larry Carter (Penny) and Ricky Carter.
