He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. Maxwell and Clyde Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Maxwell; his stepdaughters, Kristina Turner (Johnny) and Kathryn O'Kain; his grandchildren, Jake, Elin and Georgia Turner; his siblings, Lynda Nielsen (Jerry), Scott Maxwell (Jeanne) and William Maxwell (Faith); and his nieces and nephews, Greg Nielsen (Monica), Katie Schmit (Alex), Brad Nielsen (Mary Beth), Jennifer Maxwell, Lindsey Robinson (Drew), Andrew Maxwell (Samantha), Taylor Maxwell, Amelia Maxwell and Will Maxwell (Jess).
