With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Glen Spurlin Jr. of Lexington, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Glen, Sr. and Earlene Boesl Spurlin; and his brother David Clarence Spurlin. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Len Spurlin; his sons, Terry Glen Spurlin (Brooke) and David Brian Spurlin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Grady Lake Spurlin, Lilly Jameson Spurlin and Allie Kay Spurlin; and his siblings, Marvin Thomas Spurlin, Ada Mae Spurlin Brown, Mattie Rose Spurlin Hardeman and Marcia Spurlin Gandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting plants to start a memorial garden at the farm in Oglethorpe County.
