It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Carter of Lilburn, Georgia, born in Madison, Tennessee, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Samuel B. Carter; and her daughter Heather Baltimore. She is survived by : her daughter Christa Watson of Cumming, GA; her son-in-law Trevor Baltimore of Sugar Hill, GA; her grandchildren, Eva Watson, Carter Henderson, Logan Watson, Zoey Watson and Xavier Baltimore; and her sister Patsy Miller (Gary) of Cookeville, TN.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
