She is survived by: her husband Jim Smith; her son-in-law John Hubbard; her grandchildren, Lance Hubbard (Dotti), Shawn Hubbard (Katie), Kristie Smith and Kealy Nix (Caleb); and her great grandchildren, Hannah Hubbard, Skylar Smith and Perry Nix.
