She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine A. Garner (Massaro) and Earl Garner; and her brother John Garner. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Duncan Oakes; her daughter Tara House; her grandchildren, Angel and Nikki; her siblings, Bill Garner and Deborah; and her brother-in-law Greg Malinak.
