It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Henry Ayers of Lilburn, Georgia, born in Stephens, Georgia, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Goss Ayers and Eunice Johnson Ayers; and his sister Jackie Price. He is survived by: his wife Margie Stowe Ayers; his daughter Angela; his son-in-law Perry Carswell of Helen, Georgia; his son Clarence Henry "Rusty" Ayers, II; his daughter-in-law Monica of Jefferson, Georgia; his grandchildren, Joshua Carswell, Madison Carswell and Cassidy Carswell; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Louellen Ayers of Toccoa; his sister Edith; and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Goss of Toccoa and Ron Price of Toccoa.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hill Street Baptist Church Food Bank, P.O. Box B, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Mr. Clarence Henry Ayers.
