She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Benjamin Anderson and Cleo Mable Mattox; and her daughter Angela. She is survived by: her husband Doyle Lind Kotter; and her children, Ginger Heaton (Terry), Brent Kotter (Shelly), Vicki Depew (Doug), Janet Samuel (Cornelius), Kim Simpson (Ron), Kendal Kotter (Lesley), Chris Kotter (Jessica), Adam Kotter (Lisa) and Jelaire Womble (Taurus). She is also survived by 39 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tom Wages Funeral Home (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1150 Cole Dr SW, Lilburn, GA 30047). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at the Eternal Hills Memory Gardens (3700 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, GA 30039).
