He was predeceased by: his parents, Comer Clark Warren, Jr. and JoAnn Warren; and his sister Pamela Van Tonder. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Conrad Warren; his sons, Philip Warren (Rebecca) and Nicholas Warren; his grandchildren, Victoria Perrett, Kendall Warren, Leslie Kate Warren and Henry Warren; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Conrad and Catherine Sweeley (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
