Edward William Girard Obituary
GIRARD – Edward Girard, age 90 of Lilburn, GA passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2020. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Edward was a member of St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church. He served his country honorably in the Navy during the Korean War and later retired from Boeing. Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Girard; daughters-in-law, Linda Huntington and Grace Ahlsen-Girard. He is survived by his sons, Daniel Girard of Norcross and Edward Ahlsen–Girard of Fort Walton Beach, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kathy Girard of Aiken, SC; grandchildren, Andrew Girard, Ava Girard, Cameron Ahlsen-Girard, Cara Ahlsen-Girard, and Christian Ahlsen-Girard; numerous family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Edward's memory to a charity of your choice.
