With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank L. Payne of Lilburn, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Geneva Addison Payne; his parents, L. L. Payne and Ozzie L. Payne; and his siblings, Loy B. Payne, Marjorie P. Page, Erlene P. May and Dorothy P. Capps.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kay P. Weber of Atlanta, GA and Julie L. Payne of Stone Mountain, GA; his grandchildren, John R. Weber of San Antonio, TX and Taylor O. Weber of Tucker, GA; his great grandchild Jocelyn R. Weber; his siblings, Doyle H. Payne of Carrollton, GA, William T. Payne (Suzy) of Atlanta and Sara P. Abrams of Seymour, TN; and his brother-in-law Marvin T. Addison (Catherine) of Toccoa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
