Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

“I was very sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. We worked together from 1990–1993, early in my career, and Jim was one of the people who showed me the ropes behind a drill rig. I remember him as a quiet, kindhearted guy who was always generous with his experience and his time. Oddly enough, I was remembering something Jim once said just yesterday, before hearing this news.
