He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Burns C. Cox and Jeanette Morris; his brother Burns C. Cox; and his niece Jennifer Cox. He is survived by: his son Thomas Cox (Amanda) of Lilburn; his grandchildren, Nate and Mary Cox; his sister-in-law Janice Bain Cox; his nephew Burns C. "Bob" Cox, III of Tucker; and his niece Lisa Ulmer (Chris) of John's Creek. He is also survived by his son, daughter in law, and grandchildren.
