He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Allen Carroll Sr. and Grace Dudley Carroll; and his sister Jean Carroll Holland. He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam" Gladden Carroll; his son Joseph "Joe" Allen Carroll III (Connie); his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Faith, Joseph "Joey" Allen Carroll IV and Phoenix; his daughter Gillie Carroll D'Agostino (Mike); and his grandchildren, Dean and Marissa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lilburn First Baptist Church.
