She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Leon Collins; her daughter-in-law Lourene Plunkett Collins; and her parents, Bob Shelton Tanner and Zelma Ann Vinson Tanner. She is survived by: her children, Leon Collins and Judy Maier (Tom); her grandchildren, Loren Collins, Lyle Collins (Hannah), Lara Chambers (Heath) and Zachary Maier (Yuli); and her great grandchildren, Kara Boyce, Izzy Chambers, Jasper Chambers, Lynden Collins and Lily Collins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice.
