She was predeceased by: her husband William Price Waters, Sr.; and her son William Price Waters, Jr. (Billy). She is survived by: her daughters, Miranda Douglass (Dave) and Patricia Waters; and her grandchildren, Timothy Douglass (Heather), Joel Douglass (Jennifer), Philip Douglass, Cherith Douglass and Meredith Rosbach (Dan). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
