He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Walters; his sister Bonny Dykes; his children, Daniel Walters (Christie Walters) and Rebekah Loveless (Terry Loveless); his grandchildren, Jude Walters, Cassidy Walters and Abigail Walters; and his son Neil Daniel.
