He was predeceased by: his son Paul Harvey Williams Jr.; his parents, Ariel Rose Filsinger Williams and Arthur Julius Williams Sr.; and his brother Arthur Julius Williams Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elly Schriebl Williams; his daughter Teresa Williams Lipscomb; his son-in-law Geoffrey S. Lipscomb M. D.; and his grandchildren, Ariel, Grace and Grant Lipscomb.
