He is survived by: his children, Christine Roca (Luis), Teresa Boozer, Mark Boozer (Ashley) and Cheryl Boozer; his nephews, Michael Random (Beth) and William Reynolds; his niece Debbie McClain; and his brothers, Marvin Boozer, Sidney Boozer (Betty) and Billy Joe Boozer.

Flowers should be sent to Killian Hill Baptist Church, or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
