He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Shipman Adams and Johnny Sizemore; and his stepparents, Connie Sizemore and Ed Adams. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bryson Sizemore; his children, Trent Sizemore (Kaitlyn), Summer Sizemore and Autumn Sizemore; his siblings, Jeff Sizemore (Carol), Mary Van Lerberghe (Derek), Edward "Skip" Adams (Angie) and Tom Adams (Erika); and his grandchild Hayden Sizemore.
