She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Lottie Clarice Clark Burns of Cairo, Georgia.; her husband Alex "Steve" Goldman, Sr.; her siblings, George Burns, Tom Burns, Johnnie Manley and Thelma Fouch; her son-in-law Larry Chapman; and her grandson Jason Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie G. Chapman of Washington, Mark H. Goldman (Becky) of Lincolnton and Alex Steve Goldman, Jr. (Susan) of Winterville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lincolnton Baptist Church (235 N Peachtree St, Lincolnton, GA 30817). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
