She is survived by: her husband James "Jamie" Scruggs; her children, Steven Scruggs, Robert Devone Lynch, Caleb Devone Scruggs, Mallory Mahaney and Marissa Lynch; her sister Andrea Hover; her nephew Colbrin Hover; her grandchildren, Ashleigh, Kara and Benjamin; and her mother-in-law Judy Scruggs.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Community Church (1437 Leathersville Rd, Lincolnton, GA 30817).
