With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jasper Thornton of Lincolnton, Georgia, who passed away on March 7, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Tom Colley and Nellie Ruth Gresham Thornton. He is survived by : his wife Felicia Ashmore Thornton; his sons, Thomas Jasper "Bo" Thornton, Jr. (Patty) and AJ Thornton; his grandchild Archie of Lincolnton; his daughters, Beverly Thornton Howard (Lee) and Susan Thornton Rogers of Washington; and his grandchildren, Lauren Johnson (Russ) and Jill Rogers Guin (Chris) of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Martin's Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church or the charity of your choice.
