She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold P. Buck and Nelle Catherine Williams Buck; her husband Harry Burg (Bud); her siblings, Harold Buck Jr., Col David Buck Sr., Clarence Herbert Buck Sr. (Betty), Regina Edgman (Victor) and Margaret B. Hicks; her daughter-in-law Mickey Burg; her parents-in-law, John and Mary Burg; her brother-in-law Bill Burg (Eileen); and her pet Trixie.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Burg (Donna), Carol Whisnant (Rosbie), John Burg (Meg) and Jim Burg (Jan); her grandchildren, Stephanie LeRoy (John), Joey Burg (Emily), Deidra Harding (Kevin), Jeff King (Heather), Billy King (Kandice), Trisha Smith, Benjamin Whisnant, Brittany Brown (Mark) and Jamie Burg; her brother-in-law Tom Hicks; her neighbor Walt Armour; and her pet Brandy. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in her honor to her favorite charity, St. Jude's Research Hospital.
