He was predeceased by : his wife Pat McGee Hardaway; his parents, Bessie Studdard Hardaway and Guy Hinton Hardaway; and his brother JD Hardaway. He is survived by : his stepfather Cliff Hardaway; his daughters, Pam H Postell and Penny Saggus (Maury); his granddaughters, Amie Redd (David) and Ashlee Vaiden (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Gunner Hardaway Vaiden and Maverick Redd; his sister-in-law Loretta M Nelson of Kentucky; and his nephews, Cliff Hardaway, Mike Hardaway, Lil'Jim McGee, Greg McLeod, Stan Swift, Tyler Swift, Ricky Huffman, Thomas Vaiden and David Redd.
