She was predeceased by : her father Earnest Addie Phelps Clark; her brothers, Douglas Parker, Kent Clark, David Clark and Larry Clark; and the father of her children Alex Davis.
She is survived by : her daughters, Earnessa Davis, Anijah Lazenby, Pernisa Elam (Jeffery) and Sable Davis; her siblings, Michael Clark, Earnestine Zellars and Mary Lazenby; her grandchildren, J'Leigh Clark, Parker Clark, Juliya Lewis, Josian Davis, Sade McGahee, Aiden Ferguson, Ariy Elam, J'Siah Euten, Hazael Euten and Miracle Davis; and her close friend Geraldine Davis.
