He was predeceased by : his father Horace; and his brother Richard Wiggins. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Wiggins; his children, Tammie Wiggins Walton, Robert Wiggins, Jr., Lisa Capi (Ellison), Clarisa Shaw and Johncie Thomas (Maurice); and his brother Lewis J. Wiggins.
