He is survived by: his brother Dewey Parton (Pat) of Lincolnton; his children, Crystal Fox (Warren) of Martinez and Furman Parton (Leigh Anne) of Evans; his grandchildren, Michael Fox (Sara), Jacob Fox (Karley) and Evelyn Parton; his great grandchildren, Kale and Cayden; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Lauren and Emberly.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pine Grove United Methodist Church, 3449 Pine Grove Church Road, Lincolnton, GA 30817.
