We bid farewell to David Lewis Yarbrough of Lindale, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 14, 2026 at the age of 79. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard Yarbrough and Rosa Lee Potter Yarbrough; and his brothers, Thomas "Tommy" Yarbrough and James "Buddy" Yarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Brock Yarbrough; his daughters, Dyrece Evans (Scott) and Shelly Crawford (Derek Mathis); his grandchildren, Randall Lamb (Lauren), Ryan Lamb, Rosalyn Lamb, Niyah Evans, Dillan Crawford (Savannah), Kaitlyn Crawford, Cole Evans, Tyler Evans (Skyler) and Harlie Evans; and his great grandchildren, Zoe Lamb, Aubrey Lamb, Jackson Crawford, Samuel Crawford and Amelia Crawford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161). A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Pleasant Hope Cemetery (5935 Rockmart Rd SE, Silver Creek, GA 30173).
