John Snipes Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of John Snipes (Lindale, Georgia) is shared. John, born on December 2, 1950, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Snipes and Martha Snipes; and his sons, David and Dan. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his son Mark Snipes (Katye) of Richmond, Virginia; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Samantha, Brandon, Ben, Hannah, Jason, Parker, Jackson and Charlotte; and his great grandchild Beckett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery - Lindale (1893 Booger Hollow Rd, Lindale, GA 30147). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
