She was predeceased by : her parents, Emmett Lee Hale and Edith Irene Flemister Hale; her brother Bobby Hale; and her son-in-law Roy Myers. She is survived by : her husband Charles Nicholas "Chuck" Blomquist; her daughters, Lathisa Lynn Myers and Brandy Holcomb (Jason); and her grandchildren, James Myers, Shane Myers, Aspen Warner and Andrea Warner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
