She is survived by: her husband Charles Nicholas "Chuck" Blomquist; her daughters, Lathisa Lynn Myers and Brandy Holcomb (Jason); and her grandchildren, James Myers, Shane Myers, Aspen Warner and Andrea Warner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
