She was predeceased by: her parents, L. W. Dover and Annie Corene Deems Dover; her husband Hugo Sartin; her children, Robby Hugo Sartin and Connie Sartin Mull; her grandson Jonathan Mull; and her brothers, Ralph Dover and Jerry Dover.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Sartin East (Tim); her son-in-law Kenneth Mull; her grandchildren, Paige Dempsey, Drew East and Jeremy East (Selena); her great grandchildren, Chansley Dempsey, Jaxton East, Thessali East, Merida East, Xander East and Maggie East; her great great grandchild Haisleigh Niles; and her siblings, Milton Dover (Roxie) and Jean Hoover. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
