She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Franklin (Hazel Kell McClain) and Baptist; her former husband J. L. O'Neal; her husband Jerry Cumbie; and her grandchildren, Casey Williams and Nora Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Carmon Williams (Darryl) of Bremen and Jimmy O'Neal (Erin) of Savannah; her stepchildren, Mike Cumbie (Alisha) of Acworth, Mark Cumbie (Deidri) of Dallas, Matt Cumbie (Barbara) and Melissa Cumbie; her grandchildren, Candice, Chelsea, MezzMyrh, Heather and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Gwenivere, Coltyn, Ciara, Axyl, Wyland, Oliver and Charli; and her sisters, Louise Mitcham and Juanita Motes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Davis-Struempf Funeral Home (1975 East-West Connector, Austell, GA 30106). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Davis-Struempf Chapel (1975 East-West Connector, Austell, GA 30106).
