He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Summers; his grandparents, Charles, Elsie Summers, John and Lille Mae Bolden; and his great-nephew Levi Pettway.
He is survived by: his father Charles B. Summers, Jr.; his siblings, Randy Summers (Maria) and Lisa Pettway (Keith); his nieces and nephews, Neal Pettway (Brittany), Lindsey Harris (Johnny), Heather Butler (Jason) and Kristen Baldus (Daniel); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryleigh, Canaan, Asher, Titus Harris, Lila, Lucy, Bo Pettway, Eli, Gracie Baldus, Luke and Hailey Butler.
