She was predeceased by: her parents, B. O. Lively and Vivian Jackson Lively; and her husband Mike H. Mullins, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Mullins Tolmich, Michael H. Mullins, Jr. (Pamela), Denise Mullins Abercrombie and Chip Mullins; and her siblings, Sylvia Barton, Wanda Harrison, Gloria Eberhart, Connie Alinikoff (Artie), Donnie Lively (Barbara Jean), Ronnie Lively (Donna), Spencer Lively (Judy), Joe Lively (Eloise) and Mike Lively (Becky). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
