She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sinyard and Dolly Sinyard; and her siblings, Billy Sinyard, Bobby Sinyard, Clifford Sinyard, Kenny Sinyard and Joyce Hollis.
She is survived by: her husband Don T. Hembree. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
