He was predeceased by : his parents, Kermit Hurst and Fannie Hurst; his brother Ken Hurst; and his brother-in-law Paul Crofts. He is survived by : his wife Patsy Hurst; his daughters, Tammy Hackett (Billy) and Vickie Dumas (Tony); and his sister Deborah Crofts. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
