He is survived by: his children, William D. Vaughn and Sharcola Vaughn Richards (Terence); his granddaughter Portland Denise Richards; and his siblings, Darwin A. Evans, Marilyn J. Evans, Anita E. Robinson, Kimberly E. Ware and Hiram L. Evans. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oakhurst Baptist Church (222 East Lake Dr, Decatur, GA 30030).
